Have you been wanting to try your hand at upholstery?  Maybe you have a few tired chairs at home that you would like to bring to life?  Or maybe you want to see if upholstery is for you?

Since qualifying with the AMUSF in 2008, I am an experienced tutor having taught hundreds of students.  Guiding you through your reupholstery projects, expect genuine encouragement, realistic advice and professionalism.   You’ll gain skills and practice through 1-to-1 instruction, group topics, discussions and spontaneous investigations.  Classes are small with 3-5 students maximum, so it’s pretty much like private tuition.   It is my hope that you’ll develop your creative eye and an enhanced appreciation of this amazing craft.

Come and learn to sculpt shapes through traditional and modern upholstery skills, pick up tips and tricks, explore the pro’s and con’s of different fabrics and use your hands to produce wonderful, useful things.
